I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience working with adolescents, adults, parents, and families. I specialize in using evidence-based treatments, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients solve problems and build lives that feel meaningful and worth living. I am a DBT-Linehan Board Certified Clinician™ and certified in CBT by the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies.I am a LGBTQIA+ allied clinician who values providing an inclusive, culturally sensitive therapy experience for all clients.
I earned my Psy.D. in clinical psychology with an emphasis in child and adolescent development at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings, including residential treatment facilities, inpatient and partial hospitalization programs, schools, and private practice. I completed my APA-accredited internship at the Youth Opportunity Center, a youth residential treatment program. There, I completed trauma-informed psychological evaluations, provided comprehensive therapy services, and worked with the juvenile justice and family court systems. Since becoming licensed in 2016, I have delivered comprehensive, high fidelity DBT, DBT for adolescents, and other evidence-based therapies in private practice settings. I also have experience supervising psychology trainees and providing consultation to licensed clinicians. Previously, I was the Clinical Director at CBT California, a large DBT and CBT group practice in Southern California.
I am currently licensed in California (PSY32133) and Indiana (20042949A). I provide in person services in Los Angeles and virtual services to California and Indiana residents.
